Been working with Steve of Red Road Training for a few years and I have noticed lots of benefits. My body feels like it did when I was in my 20’s. It is great having more energy and strength to do daily tasks that use to be demanding.
I am very satisfied that my gains have helped me on the course (golf) too. I can swing as hard as I want with no pain! Before, I use to run out of steam playing all day or competing in multi-day tournaments. The added kick has given my game a new factor.

Would have been nice to of had Steve during my playing days…

At the beginning of the pandemic, my pilates studio had closed and I was ready for something more demanding to add to my routine. I've been training with Red Road Training since that time and could not be more pleased! During the last couple of years, I have competed in a Tough Mudder race, challenged myself weekly in the pool, as well as completing an arduous trek to the summit of Mt. Charleston Peak with other clients of Red Road.

I've found that my fitness level has increased far beyond what I thought possible in my 50's, thanks to Steve. He is not only an excellent teacher but is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and recovery techniques. Starting off training 2 times a week, I now have made it a priority to train 5 times a week when possible. Steve has made me so much fitter and confident in myself.
